The inability of a member of the group to travel provides for the possibility of free cancellation of the entire file! Our refund terms:

– From confirmation to 90 days from check-in: 100% refund of the deposit

– From the 89th to the 1st day from check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount

In the rental of the structure there is a guarantee, also offered by Teloni Travel, which provides, in case of cancellation of your holiday for reasons related to the Coronavirus pandemic, a refund of the total booking * if requested within 30 days prior to the stay because unable to reach our office due to any restrictions imposed by the authorities in the period chosen for your stay.
