TO USE THE ENTIRE VILLA EXCLUSIVELY, THE SUITES, OR THE APARTMENTS

By renting La Villa for your exclusive use, the entire property will be yours alone for the whole duration of your stay. All suites and apartments, lounges, event hall, park, swimming pool, gym and all other areas on La Villa property will be at your complete disposal. La Villa is divided into three buildings (Main Villa, Villa Vedetta with small square and garden, Villa I Granai with small square and wood-burning oven), composed of 16 suites and apartments, for a maximum occupancy of 35 + 13 people.

Rental Requirements: Minimum stay of 7 nights in high season (June – September) and a minimum stay of 3 nights in low season (October – May).

Suites, Apartments and Villa in esclusive use

Minimum 2 nights from October to April

Each comfortable, elegant suite can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. They include separate rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV. They also include a furnished kitchen and comfortable living room. Spectacular internal stairs lead to charming flowered terraces.

Villa in exclusive use

Minimum 7 night (Saturday/Saturday) from May to September

By renting La Villa in exclusive use, the property will be completely yours for the entire duration of your stay. Rooms and apartments, lounges, event hall, park, swimming pool, gym, and all areas that make up La Villa will be at your complete disposal.
